When paying in cash, the client pays the agreed rental amount + the deposit blocked on the card for the vehicle, which will be unblocked in full after the delivery of an undamaged and refuelled vehicle. When paying by card via a mobile POS terminal, you will pay the rental fee and we will block the deposit on your credit card or debit card. The deposit will be unblocked upon return of the undamaged and refuelled vehicle.

Yeah. Deposit and payment for rent is possible by agreement anywhere in the territory of the Slovak Republic by mobile POS terminal.

Free of charge at the airport in Košice, at any address in Košice it is for an additional fee of 10€. At Poprad airport for an additional fee of 45€ and Bratislava for 160€. At other addresses according to the currently valid price list. When handing over your vehicle at Košice Airport, we will be happy to welcome you at our office, located approximately 20 metres to the right after the exit from the main airport building, also in case of flight delays. In other cities (Bratislava, Poprad, Michalovce, Rožňava, Prešov, Stropkov, Humenné) the car is normally handed over at the station or at the airport and charged according to the currently valid price list.

You can pick up your car 24 hours / 7 days a week. This is free of charge during the working week from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. Outside of these times, on weekends and public holidays it is possible with a fee of 25€.

In the event of an accident or malfunction, call the contact number, call the police immediately in the event of an accident and write an accident report.

Vehicles are legally and accident insured. In the event of an accident caused by you, you will pay a deductible according to the current General Terms and Conditions + an administration fee, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. If the accident is not caused by you, you do not pay any charges, but the guilty party must be known and the landlord’s conditions must be fulfilled.

Yes, it is possible for a fee of 10,-€/day or 16,-€/day, where the deductible is reduced to 0%.

We still calculate the rental day from the beginning of the rental period in 24-hour intervals. For example, you pick up your car on Monday at 13:00, so you pay for 1 day until Tuesday at 13:00.

Yes, the deposit is always blocked via the POS terminal on your credit or debit card in the amount of 300€ to 1000€. The amount is determined by the type of car. We have a specific amount listed for each car in our fleet.
